‘Cénthang’


One of our citizens named Purnomo. He served as transport division. The effectiveness of his duties in the section is not optimal, considering most of our guests come with their own vehicle. Therefore, he gets an additional duty became field coordinator deputy. His commitment to the organization Dewi Kadjar is undoubtedly. As deputy field coordinator, he is in charge of providing the ‘cénthang’ (tick mark) on everyone who involved in mutual cooperation. The ‘cénthang’ is the presence (attendance list) that will be used to determine the proportion of time-sharing ‘wellbeing’. Along with the intensity of his involvement as deputy field coordinator, she was also involved in organizational issues – particularly the issue of ‘cénthang’:

  1. Initially people who involved in mutual assistance get a “centhang” (intact).
  2. Next, the seriousness in mutual assistance become consideration, therefore there were a half ‘centhang’ and ‘centhang.
  3. Next, the burden of the task – whether as cheerleader, a guide or instructors. The ‘centhang’ develop into a half ‘centhang’, ‘centhang’ or two ‘centhang’s.
  4. Next, consideration of the number of guests. The services to guests  were possible until the afternoon or evening. Therefore, there were a half ‘centhang’, ‘centhang, two ‘centhang’.

Dewi Kadjar is a non-profit organization, but do not let ‘centhang’ make minus to the organization. Warga kami yang satu ini namanya Purnomo. Dia ‘kedhapuk’ menjadi seksi transportasi. Efektivitas ketugasannya di seksi tersebut tidak optimal, mengingat tamu kami kebanyakan datang dengan kendaraan sendiri. Oleh karenanya, dia mendapat tugas tambahan menjadi wakil korlap.

Komitmennya terhadap organisasi Dewi Kadjar tak diragukan lagi. Sebagai wakil coordinator lapangan (korlap), dia bertugas memberikan tanda ‘cénthang’ (tick mark) pada setiap warga yang terlibat gotong royong. Tanda ‘cénthang’ ini merupakan presensi (daftar hadir) yang akan digunakan untuk menentukan proporsi saat pembagian ‘kesejahteraan’.

Sejalan dengan intensitas keterlibatannya sebagai wakil korlap, diapun ikut tenggelam dalam pernik-pernik masalah organisasi – khususnya masalah ‘cénthang’:

  1. Semula setiap warga yang terlibat gotong royong mendapatkan ‘cénthang’ (utuh).
  2. Berikutnya keseriusan dalam gotong royong menjadi bahan pertimbangan, maka ada setengah ‘cénthang’ dan ‘cénthang’.
  3. Berikutnya lagi bobot ketugasan – apakah sebagai penggembira, pemandu ataukah instruktur. Tanda ‘cénthang’pun berkembang menjadi setengah ‘cénthang’, ‘cénthang’ atau 2 (dua) ‘cénthang’.
  4. Berikutnya lagi adalah pertimbangan jumlah tamu yang datang. Pelayanan terhadap tamu dimungkinkan sampai sore atau bahkan petang. Maka ada setengah ‘cénthang’, ‘cénthang’, dua ‘cénthang’ dan tiga ‘cénthang’.
  5. Dan terakhir adalah jumlah transaksi tamu, jangan sampai ‘cénthang’ yang diberikan justru membuat ‘minus’ organisasi.

‘Dewi Kadjar merupakan organisasi nirlaba, tapi jangan sampai ‘cénthang’ menjadikan ‘minus’ organisasi. Kadang-kadang jumlah pemandu mencukupi, kadang-kadang jumlah tamu tidak imbang dengan jumlah pemandu. Ada kalanya jumlah transaksi kecil, ada kalanya jumlah transaksi sedang, ada kalanya jumlah transaksi besar. Tidak ada patokan pasti mana yang kecil/sedang/besar, itu hanya judgement kita. Tidak bisa sempurna dalam memberikan keadilan tapi pertimbangan tersebut akan mendekatkan pada keadilan. Ini merupakan pertaruhan saya sebagai wakil korlap.’ tutur Purnomo suatu ketika.

Di semua organisasi, pertaruhan memang diperlukan – terutama pertaruhan komitmen, tak terkecuali organisasi di tingkat kampung (Kelor) sekalipun. Sudahkah kita mempertaruhkan komitmen pada organisasi yang dipilih sebagaimana dilakukan saudara kita Purnomo?
