Certification is a quality recognition of a certain organization. Certification can be obtained by going through several processes in order to make sure the quality of the output. By responding to various suggestions and critics from our visitors, our team (Dewi Kadjar management) decided to hold our own training (in house training) for our tour guides. unlike any other training from the government or other organization that we’ve taken before, By doing in house training, we got to decide what we want to learn based on our needs in the field.

Several aspects that we covered in our training were communication skill, excellent service and self confidence. Mrs. Lusy Laksita from Lusy Laksita Broadcasting School (LLBS) Yogyakarta and Mrs. Any Re – psychologist from RSJ Magelang acted as our tutors for this training.

Both of them were invited to help us improve our skill so that we can

maintain our quality of service without losing our characters as true villagers.

We consider human resource investment as an important factor to improve our quality of service in satisfying our visitors’ needs

Certified atau tersertifikasi merupakan pengakuan mutu suatu lembaga/organisasi. Sebagai sebuah media pengakuan mutu, sertifikat diperoleh melalui serangkaian proses guna meyakinkan standar output yang dihasilkan.

Merespon berbagai saran dan kritikan dari tamu-tamu kami, beberapa waktu lalu segenap pengurus dan anggota Dewi Kadjar mengadakan pelatihan sendiri (in house training) bagi pemandu wisata. Berbeda dengan pelatihan-pelatihan yang pernah kami ikuti dari suatu lembaga (pemerintah), materi dan tutor pelatihan ini kami tentukan sendiri disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan.
IMG_5123crAdapun materi pelatihan meliputi communication skill, excellent service dan self confidence. Sebagai tutor dalam pelatihan tersebut adalah ibu Lusy Laksita dari Lusy Laksita Broadcasting School (LLBS) Yogyakarta dan ibu Any Re – psikolog dari RSJ Magelang. Keduanya kami undang untuk mendukung upaya kami meningkatkan mutu layanan tanpa meninggalkan karakter sebagai warga desa.

There’s no such thing as a free lunch (tak ada makan siang yang gratis), demikian pula dengan pelatihan tersebut. Kami memandang bahwa investasi SDM adalah suatu keharusan. Adapun sertifikat yang kami dapatkan dari pelatihan tersebut merupakan komitmen kami untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan demi kepuasan tamu-tamu kami. Monggo…bagi yang memiliki waktu, berkenan mengunjungi desa kami…..
